There are the original Mum Bums and also High Waist to choose from. The high waist Mum Bums are 2 inches higher in fit.
If you fall between sizes, go larger for a looser fit or smaller for a firmer fit. Most people find they are able to size down in the Mum Bums.
Whichever size you find best, this is also your correct size for the Cheeky Bums.
There are two widths for your waistband -
wide is double the width of the regular one and sits a bit higher over or near the belly button.
